Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect, why we need it, who we share it with and how you can control it.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PlayMojo (the website at playmojoco.slonik.store) handles personal information when you visit the site, open an account, contact support or use any of our services. It applies to every page of the site and to every channel through which you share information with us.

We collect only what we need to run a regulated online casino: to confirm who you are, that you are old enough and located where online gaming is permitted, to process payments, and to protect you and other players. We do not sell personal information.

For players in Canada we follow the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any provincial privacy law that applies to you.

2. Data Controller

The organisation responsible for your personal information is the operator of the service:

Legal name
Aveazure SRL
Registration number
3-102-848946
Registered address
Ofident, Oficina 3, 200 mts norte y 50 mts este del Centro Cultural Norteamericano, Barrio Dent, San José, Costa Rica

Questions about this policy, requests about your data and complaints go to the address above. We answer every request in writing.

3. Personal Information Collected

Depending on how you use the site, we process the following categories of information:

  • Personal data — first and last name, date of birth, province or territory of residence.
  • Contact information — email address and, when you write to support, the content of your message.
  • Identity documents — copies or data from a government-issued ID and proof of address, collected during verification.
  • Payment information — payment method type, masked card or account details, and payment provider references.
  • Transaction history — deposits, withdrawals, their dates, amounts in CAD and status.
  • Gaming activity — games opened, bets and results, session times, limits and responsible gambling settings.
  • Geolocation — the province or territory you are in when you try to open a game.
  • Device data — IP address, browser and operating system, and technical logs.

4. Account Registration

To open an account you give us your name, email address, date of birth, province or territory, and a password. You also confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions and this policy, and you may choose whether to receive marketing messages.

Your password is never stored as typed: we keep only a one-way hash created with a modern password-hashing algorithm, so nobody at PlayMojo can read it. The date of birth is used to refuse accounts to anyone under the minimum age of 18, or the higher age set in your province.

5. Identity Verification

Before withdrawals, and whenever the law or a risk check requires it, we verify your identity and age (Know Your Customer, KYC). We may ask for a photo ID, a proof of address and, in some cases, proof of the source of funds.

Documents are used only for verification, anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention. They may be checked through a specialised identity verification provider that acts on our instructions and is bound by confidentiality.

6. Financial Information

Payments are handled by licensed payment providers. We receive what we need to credit or pay out your account: the method used, a masked card number or account reference, the amount and the status of the transaction. Full card numbers are entered on the provider’s secure page and are not stored by us.

Transaction history is kept to show you your account statement, to meet record-keeping duties and to detect fraud or money laundering.

7. Gaming Activity

We record which games you open, your bets and results, session lengths, and the limits, reality checks and breaks you set. This record lets you see your history, lets us settle disputes and is needed to apply responsible gambling tools correctly.

We also review activity patterns to spot signs that gambling may be becoming a problem, so that we can offer support. Loyalty points are calculated from qualifying play, never from deposits.

8. Geolocation Data

Online gaming is permitted only in certain places, so we check where you are before a game opens. We use the province you declared, your IP address and, where a provider requires it, a dedicated geolocation check.

Location data is used for that eligibility decision and for fraud prevention only. When a game is not available in your region, we record the attempt so that our support team can help if you get in touch.

9. Device Information

When you visit the site, our servers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, language and the pages requested. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse (for example, too many contact form submissions from one address) and investigate errors.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies: pm_session keeps you signed in and protects forms, age_ok remembers your answer to the age check, and cookie_consent remembers your cookie choices. Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are optional and are never set before you agree to them.

Details, retention periods and controls are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

11. Analytics

Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into trouble. We only run analytics tools if you have allowed the Analytics cookie category, and we configure them to avoid collecting more than aggregated usage data where possible.

12. Marketing

We send marketing emails only if you opted in when registering or later in your account, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Marketing stops automatically during a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

We do not send marketing to anyone under the minimum age or to anyone who has asked us not to contact them.

13. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the service are provided by other companies acting on our instructions: game studios that run the games and live dealer streams, payment providers, identity verification and geolocation providers, email delivery and hosting. Each receives only the information it needs and must protect it under a written agreement.

14. Data Sharing

Besides the service providers above, we share personal information only when we must or when it protects players:

  • with regulators and law enforcement authorities when the law requires it;
  • with banks and payment providers to prevent fraud and money laundering;
  • with responsible gambling and self-exclusion schemes when you ask us to, or when a scheme requires it;
  • with a buyer or successor if the business is transferred, under the same protections.

We never sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising without your consent.

15. International Data Transfers

The operator is registered in Costa Rica and some providers process data in other countries. When information leaves Canada, we use contractual safeguards so that it receives protection comparable to what you have at home. Information stored abroad may be accessible to authorities of that country under its laws.

16. Data Retention

We keep account, transaction and verification records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by anti-money-laundering and gaming record-keeping rules. Self-exclusion records are kept for the whole exclusion period so that it can be enforced.

Support messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

17. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw consent to marketing and optional cookies at any time;
  • ask us to delete information we are not required to keep;
  • complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy authority.

Write to support@playmojoco.slonik.store. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that nobody else can obtain your data.

18. Data Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, forms that change your account are protected against cross-site request forgery, and access to player data is limited to staff who need it for their role.

No system is completely secure. Use a unique password, keep it private and contact us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

19. Contact Information

For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at support@playmojoco.slonik.store or through the contact form. Postal address: Aveazure SRL, Ofident, Oficina 3, 200 mts norte y 50 mts este del Centro Cultural Norteamericano, Barrio Dent, San José, Costa Rica.

20. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or on the site before it takes effect.
