Gambling involves financial risks. Set personal limits and seek support if gambling becomes difficult to control. Every tool on this page is in your account, and none needs a call to support to switch on.
Casino games are built so that, over time, the house keeps a share of what is staked. Individual sessions can end up or down, but no strategy, system or “hot streak” changes the long-run odds. Gambling is paid entertainment, like a concert ticket — never a way to make money, pay bills or recover debts.
The risk grows when play becomes a way to escape stress, when stakes rise to chase a feeling, or when money meant for something else is used. Deciding your budget and time before you start is the single most effective habit.
Chance, not skill
02Minimum Age
You must be 18 or older, or older where your province sets a higher minimum age, to open an account or play. The age question on your first visit is only a first step: age and identity are verified during registration and before any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to someone under age are closed and deposits returned.
Parents and guardians can block gambling sites with device-level controls and filtering software, keep account details and payment cards out of reach, and talk openly with young people about how gambling works. Nothing on this site is designed for or aimed at minors.
03Recognizing Problem Gambling
Problem gambling rarely starts suddenly. If two or more of these sound familiar, take a break and talk to one of the support organizations below — it is free and confidential.
Spending more money or time than you planned, more often.
Chasing losses — playing again to win back what you lost.
Borrowing money, selling things or missing bills to gamble.
Feeling restless, anxious or irritable when you try to stop.
Hiding how much you gamble from family or friends.
Gambling to escape problems, boredom or low mood.
Neglecting work, study, sleep or relationships.
Thinking about gambling most of the day.
Limits
04Deposit Limits
Caps how much you can deposit per day, week or month, in CAD. A deposit that would go over the limit is refused.
Lowering applies at once.
Raising waits 7 days; the old limit stays in force meanwhile.
A pending increase can be cancelled.
05Loss Limits
Caps your net losses (stakes minus winnings) per day, week or month. When you reach it, games close until the period resets.
Same rule: decreases now, increases after 7 days.
Applies across slots, live tables and game shows.
06Session Limits
Caps your playing time, in minutes, per day, week or month (up to 1,440 minutes a day). When the time is up, games close for the rest of the period.
Counted from when a game opens.
Increases wait 7 days.
07Reality Checks
A reminder that pops up every 15, 30 or 60 minutes while you play, showing how long you have been playing. You can continue, review your activity or log out. Switch it off or change the interval in your account at any time.

08Cooling-Off Periods
A short break when you want to step away. During a cooling-off period you cannot open games or opt in to promotions, and the break cannot be ended early. You can still log in to view your account and withdraw your balance.

09Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer break for when gambling has stopped being fun. It is a serious step and is designed so that it cannot be undone on impulse.
Tick the confirmation box and submit. It starts immediately.

What changes
You cannot open games, deposit or take part in promotions until the end date.
Marketing messages stop, and loyalty messages are switched off.
The period cannot be shortened or cancelled; it can only be extended.
You can still log in to withdraw your remaining balance.
Opening a new account while excluded is not permitted and will be closed.
Contacting support
If you cannot log in, or want help choosing a period, write to support@playmojoco.slonik.store or use the contact form with the category “Responsible Gambling”. We act on self-exclusion requests as a priority.
Take a break
10Account Restrictions
Besides the tools you choose, we may restrict an account to protect a player: when signs of harm appear in play patterns, when someone tells us a player is at risk, or when verification is incomplete. A restricted account cannot open games or receive promotions; we will contact you to explain why and what happens next. Your balance remains available to withdraw.
Limits, reality checks and breaks are set from your account and recorded with the date and time. A lower limit or a break always wins over a higher setting.
11Support Organizations
Free, confidential help is available across Canada. You do not have to be “in crisis” to call — talking early helps.
You must meet the minimum legal gambling age and eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
The minimum age is 18, or higher where provincial rules require it. This check does not replace the identity and age verification done when you open an account.
Gaming features are closed
Thanks for being honest. Games, registration and promotions are not available to you. You can still read our information pages.
If someone close to you is under age and gambling, the support organizations on our Responsible Gambling page can help.
